Love that we can actually have a snow day without leaving dubai. For us with no experience with actual snow, dubai ski made us feel it surreal. We love everything inside the snow park, the rides and slides are friendly even to first timers and afraid of extreme activities, and then ofcourse the cute penguins! Not to mention the hot chocolate, it's giving the warm and sweet service.

Arriving with time in advance, having a good attitude, following the instructions and routes. They make the experience very nice. The App is very good, after filling out the details and activating the payment method, you just have to find what you are looking for and they give you the tiket and from then on it is easy to get to where you want to go.

A really love family day out! We did the penguin encounter which was amazing!! It does get really cold so hats are a must, I would also advise bringing some thick socks as the socks and boots provided are quite basic and our feet got really cold and quite sore, but this is an easy fix

It was perfect! We had a timeslot in the "morning"- that was fine, because in the afternoon are much more visitors... Go skiing before and than do other things in the skihall...

Ski Dubai doesn't worked out like I expected, totally forgot the money I spent I feel like it's not worth it overall you can complete all rides with in 1 hour and the skiing is separate with add on fees

Escape Dubai's scorching heat and enjoy a cold winter day at Ski Dubai Snow Plus! The world's largest indoor snow park has 3,000 square meters of snow and plenty of action-packed adventure. Use your pass to go tobogganing, or slide down a twin-track bobsled. You get unlimited access to rides so you will have plenty to do throughout the day! The Snow Daycation Pass lets you choose one of 2 super-fun activities: 2 hours on the slope (skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope) OR 2 rides of the Snow Bullet (zipline).

Don't stress about the winter clothing, either - your ticket includes all the necessary winter gear and you'll even get to keep the gloves and socks!

Slope Session Pass

If you're feeling particularly brave, try your hand at some winter sports action with this 2-hour Slope Pass on the Ski Dubai Slope!

Snow Bullet Ride

Perfect for thrill-seekers, the Snow Bullet Ride is the world's first indoor, sub-zero Zip Line. At a height of 16 meters above the skiers and slopes and a length of 150 meters, this is sure to get your heart racing and the adrenaline pumping. Strap in for the ride of a lifetime!

What's not allowed

For safety reasons, children below the age of 2 are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.

Phones and cameras are not allowed into the penguin encounter area.

Accessibility

Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.

Skiers/snowboarders under Intermediate Level 2 won't be allowed on the slopes.

Additional information

For slope sessions, skiers/snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2. Otherwise, access to the slope else won't be allowed.

Winter gear provided: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles.

Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.

An adult should accompany children under 14 years old.

Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather.
