Very friendly and informative, she presented the facts with a great sense of humor and not just dryly one point after another. The palace is really worth a visit. We have paid much more for less. Very friendly and competent tour guide. We saw many rooms and were on the road for over 2 hours. The headphones we were given in the palace could have been better, it was difficult to hear some of the things that were said.
