First long wait for an Australian couple who still had to go to the restroom, then too quick a tour to make up time.Stephan

We had many tours in Madrid and this was the best tour. Our guide Roccio was great. Very friendly and informative, she presented the facts with a great sense of humor and not just dryly one point after another. The palace is really worth a visit. We have paid much more for less. It is really worth it.Stefanie

Very friendly and competent tour guide. We saw many rooms and were on the road for over 2 hours. The headphones we were given in the palace could have been better, it was difficult to hear some of the things that were said.
