Sunday, October 4th, 9:30 AM, Bernabéu Stadium. Three of us came from Italy and we only understand a little Spanish, but our guide Martin was very kind when I asked him to speak slowly! Excellent and very friendly! I can say that everything was handled very professionally: timing, payments, and no lines. Just one suggestion: the meeting point is marked on the booking, but it's not very visible. A sign or a little flag would help, because since we couldn't see you, many people in the group lined up at the entrance. I definitely recommend HEADOUT!

We did the tour with José, and I can honestly say it was the best tour I’ve ever been on. He was incredibly patient with everyone, shared so many fascinating stories and interesting facts, and was extremely funny throughout the whole tour. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend him!

I visited the Santiago Bernabéu in August and finally fulfilled one of my biggest childhood dreams. I’m from Kyiv, Ukraine, and I have supported Real Madrid since I was a child, so seeing this legendary stadium in person was incredibly emotional. Even the first view of the pitch through the stadium window gave me goosebumps. Then, when you finally step inside, sit in the stands and look around, you can imagine the atmosphere here during a great match. The tour was very well organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the club. We discovered fascinating areas of the stadium, including the dressing room, the physiotherapy facilities, the players’ tunnel and the technical area. There was enough time to enjoy every moment and take photos, especially on the substitutes’ bench. For a Real Madrid supporter, this is much more than a stadium tour — it is a childhood dream becoming real. I would recommend it to every football fan, even if they do not support Madrid. I will definitely return for a match and would happily take the tour again with my friends, because this is the kind of experience you can enjoy more than once. ¡Hala Madrid!

I had the good fortune to share this experience with my dad. Ever since I was born, he instilled a passion for soccer in me. We are from Mexico and had the opportunity to travel to Spain, but unfortunately, there were no matches during the days we were here. However, we couldn't be in Madrid and not visit the stadium where the best team in the world plays. The tour is the best we've ever taken of any stadium or team; everything lives up to what the club is. Seeing the Bernabéu Stadium from the outside is mind-blowing and impressive. That metallic colossus tells you that it will be even better inside, and indeed, it is. Visiting the Santiago Bernabéu was an incredible experience! The stadium is simply impressive, very beautiful and modern, conveying all the greatness and history of Real Madrid.
