The highlight of our visit to the Prado was the experience provided by our Argentinian guide, Flores. From the moment of greeting us, to the tour of selected paintings, Flores was a calm presence in this busy museum. Flores displayed a passion for the art which she transferred to her clients. She engaged her audience by providing an overview of paintings, posing questions to us and encouraging us to look in more detail at the works, all in excellent English. Flores enriched our experience of the Prado and her I would heartily recommend her.

A "great" museum. Magnificent collections. We spent several hours there after the guided tour. The guide was very knowledgeable but a bit lackluster; his presentation lacked a bit of enthusiasm.

JJ is a terrific guide. He doesn't just show us the art, he explains what makes that piece so important in the development of the art form. Thank you JJ!

Our guide, Ander, was very friendly and explained the historical context behind each painting, which helped us understand them better. The tour was very enjoyable.

Nacho was extremely knowledgeable tour guide and focused the tour on areas and pieces within the museum that were critical to the time period housed in the museum. The time and day - Sunday, morning- was crowded and hampered the groups ability to move around efficiently.

The guide wasn't there at the scheduled time; they were inside the café while the people signed up for the tour waited outside. There was a lack of organization. We didn't enter the museum at 11:00.
