The explanations were often good but not very in-depth. The guide was very restless and impulsive rather than enthusiastic. (ADHD?) Constantly rattling off our names was annoying. We took the elevator because the stairs were too difficult (just one floor!). Asking if the Americans needed to sit down and if we were hungry yet. Toward the end, repeatedly saying that the tour was about to end. The guide acted as if it were a mandatory routine, even though we had voluntarily chosen to take the tour. So the intellectual content could definitely be much more substantial. That’s the biggest area for improvement.FFatima O
