• You can enter and exit the lounge whenever you want but do retain your check-in receipt for re-entry.

• While there are dedicated luggage storage spaces, for security reasons, it is recommended to carry your belongings when you leave the lounge.

• Children aged 2 and below don’t need a ticket.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult above 18 years of age all the time.

• To use the lounges in the departure area, you need to have checked in for your next flight and have a valid boarding pass.

• The T5 lounge has just 1 shower room, so there might be a wait for it.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
