The monument was really beautiful. The visit wasn’t too long. With the audio guide, you can go at your own pace. It’s super interesting to learn about the history of this monument. I recommend getting tickets as early in the morning as possible, otherwise the wait will be very long by late morning or in the afternoon. If you want to visit the church, make sure to go on a day other than Sunday, since it’s closed until 2 p.m. for mass.

The monastery was beautiful and once inside, peaceful almost spiritual. Incredible engineering and the detail and craftsmanship exceeded any expectations from photos I had viewed. Buying the tickets online was the key and going in the morning essential. The lines for buying tickets were in the hundreds and people waited for hours. It was very confusing about which line to be on and make sure to find an official person to ask.

Buying the ticket with you was great, the option of the guided tour is a very good idea, we enjoyed it very much. But the organisation of the security staffs is something else. They mixed up the time slot, were angry at people because things were going west! I wished thar they could be more kind and smiling. Giving more indications about the waiting lines and be more welcoming.

It's a lovely place, but it gets incredibly crowded with visitors. Knowing this, I booked well in advance and chose a morning entry time thinking if I was there when it opened I might avoid the tour bus groups. But the day before my tour, Headout notified me that my entry was changed to 1:30. I was very displeased about having to change my plans at the last minute

The visit was as planned. It started on time but we had been an hour earlier and were on top of the waiting line. We would have prefered to carry on with the visit of the search without having to stand in line again which was not clear what we had to do.

The Monestery was really impressive. Long lines to get in but they move quickly. My only issue was with the audio portion we bought. It was difficult to determine where the starting point was and the map wasn't very helpful.

From the outside, the monument is immense, and the queue in front of it is proportional... but you only visit a tiny part of it. It's sublime, but I really thought I'd see a lot more.
