Beautiful structure, However the official tickets promised an audio guide and none was provided, which is misleading. I was looking forward to learning a bit of history, which did not happen.Jean-francois

A wait of over 1h30, far too long due to the absence of any possibility of reserving a precise time slot when booking and purchasing tickets, which spoils the pleasure of the visit. The argument that a Catholic site should be accessible to all at all hours does not stand up to the tiredness of waiting, which makes the visitor forget the sacred nature of the site, exhausted by 1.30 hours in the sun and heat. An hourly reservation would make the visit more comfortable for visitors, and give them more time to perceive the spiritual dimension of the site. JF Hédiard
