The audioguide was in my own mobile. I cannot use both things, if I got a call or whatsupp, I was interrupted, my phone is a little old, and I dif not expected that. I thought it would be a machine in the monastery. I can get this audioguide in my mobile free.

When I bought our tickets the application offered audioasistence paying finally $21 each one, but you don't have that service but you allow they scammed us. You know this problem, the guardsman in the Monastery said, but do nothing. I'll send this opinion to Facebook and we'll see

The monastery is impressive, too bad the instructions were not adequate to know the history. For the price I could have bought the entrance ticket outside the monastery. I had exactly the same expectation

The place is amazing. only negative is that even if you have timed tickets you are very unlikely to gain entry at your time. We had 10am tickets but got online at 9:30. We werent able to get in until 10:45. Luckily we made friends with others on the line and it was a beautiful,cool day.

The whole place is just incredible. We tried to feel the impact this place has had on Portuguese heritage and culture and we were really impressed. As for the purchase at Headout, it was a very bad experience. On the one hand, they pretend to be the real site of the place and, once you've bought the ticket and the local guide, you have to wait a long time for the tickets to arrive on your cell phone with no indication of how long it will take.
