Entering the castle was a huge timesaver from standing in line. The castle view was breathtaking. My kids enjoyed the peacocks. Restrooms well well kept.
The only issue was downloading the audio tour prior to the visit. It was resolved immediately with online support.

We arrived early and cue was ridiculously long with over an hour wait. We ordered tickets and audio online and within 5 minutes received everything on phone allowing us to bypass the cue and walk right in. The site has a great view, nice museum and it was awesome to explore the castle. This was the highlight of our short stay in Lisbon!
