Learning the history of the "fake" castle was fascinating! Hearing about how it was infact built with concrete made to look like stone was incredible. The hidden masonic & templar symbolism was all over, walking down the well you could only imagine the fear of the canditate who was hoping to choose the right tunnel to paradise.

I booked for 2 events. One event the tickets came through. The other one they were there but disappeared. Any while I'm at the event no tickets. And internet not good either. But the came through. I'm not a techie so very frustrating for me . They responded soon and I was able to access the tickets and go to my event.

We got in earlier than expected and had a wonderful time at the Quinta da Regaleira World Heritage Site. I highly recommend it, even though quite a few other people seem to have had the same idea. But the crowds disperse in the very large garden.

A beautiful castle with a stunning park, a descent into a mystical well and the tunnels beside it. The sunny day was just an added bonus, making the experience feel like something out of a fairy tale. I definitely recommend a visit.

I was never able to download the app onto my phone!!!! Every time I tried to enter my password, it told me it was incorrect!!!! I tried the "forgot password" option!!! Nothing worked! I finally managed to talk to your AI! However, I was never able to get my two audio guides for the tour! Even though I had paid for them! It cost me 10 euros on site to rent two audio devices!!! I’m really disappointed to have paid for a service I didn’t receive!!! Especially since it was the first time I’d used your activated packages!
