I totally enjoyed navigating in your Headout app abd looking forward to use it in the future. The only thing in booking the tickets in the App there was no mention of the road leading to the entrance where it was closed and the uphill walk was quite challenging. Especially for my wife that had knee replacement surgery. Then after our visit we had to walk to the city center to call an Uber which was also very challenging. In Sintra everybody knew about this road closure except your format.

The scenery was beautiful! The initiation well was the best view, such a great experience. Being able to walk down the entire well was so unique. It was a little wet and slippery but there is a handle to guide you down. It was not too crowed and you are able to move around freely without bumping into people. I highly suggest visiting. We only spent an hour and half here but there is so much to see and visit you could easily spend 1/2 a day here.

We loved the palace. But here’s a tip: don’t buy the audio guide when you purchase your ticket online. The internet connection at these places is usually poor, and the app needed to listen to the audio guide wouldn’t open—so we ended up with six audio guides we’d paid for and money down the drain. At the palace reception desk, you can rent an audio guide with headphones for €5, and it’s well worth it.

If you are looking for a fairytale experience, this is the real McCoy. Breathtaking craftmanship and sense of beauty in every level. The bus 435 was out of order, but I didn't mind walking the few hundred meters to the site. Prepare to spent the whole day for throughout exploring.

We took an Uber from Lisbon, and as soon as we got out, we could already enjoy the views of the estate. Getting in was a breeze—we just used our tickets in the app. The place is absolutely beautiful. Every corner is charming.

The park had quite a few closed-off areas, marked off with red-and-white tape or simply with cut branches. The audio guide feels like a joke, since the directions are along the lines of "follow the narrow path" or "turn right with your back to the greenhouse." There are no numbers to let you know if you're on the right path as indicated by the guide. It’s more confusing than helpful. The park itself is very beautiful, but they should organize the route and the staff providing directions better. The purchase through Headout went smoothly.
