Caves, Fossils, Tombs, and Forts

This 1.5-hour tour will lead you into the residence of the early humans – the caves! Explore the Faya Cave, where tools from pre-historic days were found, and head to the other Stone Age caves while discovering fossils along the way on your little trek. The Eastern Zone has some of the most significant landmarks like the Mleiha Fort, a rectangular structure complete with a storage area and courtyard. Check out the horse and camel tombs, farmhouses, and kitchens from the Pre-Islamic Age before you go to the Western Zone to see the Bronze Age tombs.
