    Getting started

    Arrive early to explore the exhibits at your own pace. Present your ticket at the entrance for check-in assistance. Before starting your journey, you can stop by the on-site café for snacks and refreshments.​

    What to expect

    • Walk through a LEGO® Star Wars galaxy: See life-sized models of famous characters, starships, and battle scenes— be it Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader clashing or Emperor Palpatine’s throne flanked by two Royal Guards.

    • Create your own Star Wars builds: Build your own starfighters, craft a custom lightsaber from LEGO bricks, and contribute to large-scale LEGO Star Wars landscapes.

    • See your creations come to life: Watch your creations integrate into the digital exhibit, adding your touch to this ever-evolving galaxy.

    • Behind-the-scenes insights: Learn about the creative process behind these masterpieces from the LEGO® Masters behind the exhibition.

    • Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.

    What’s not allowed

    • Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, outside food, and smoking are not allowed inside the venue.
    • The use of cameras, video cameras and mobile phones is prohibited in designated special exhibitions.

    Accessibility

    • This experience is wheelchair accessible.
    • Wheelchairs are available free of charge from the foyer at Melbourne Museum for your visit.
    • Ramps and elevators are available at the venue for easy access.
    • Accessible parking spaces and lifts with tactile indicators are available at various locations throughout the Museum, including Rathdowne Street Car Park, Nicholson Street Car Park, between the Museum Shop and Café, at the Triceratops: Fate of the Dinosaurs exhibition, and at the IMAX Theatre.
    • Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.
    • Melbourne Museum is an autism friendly museum, which provides maps of high and low sensory spaces, quiet times, social scripts and more.

    • Facilities: Parking, toilets.
    • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
    • Re-entry to the venue is not permitted.
