The service from the staff who helped me at the office was excellent—they were super friendly and attentive—and the tour was great, but I do want to emphasize that if you want to enjoy a more peaceful experience at the Vatican, I highly recommend booking well in advance because it gets very crowded by midday. I highly recommend booking through this site—it’s very well managed.

Absolutely fantastic experience visiting the Colosseum, Pantheon, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill!
