Problem with sala blu and the normal train staff went above and beyond to make sure the wheelchair could still get on. Very professional and helpful. Haven't used it before. Normally fly to naples. Will use rome more.

The Vatican Museums are beautiful and really cool. We didn't know that you couldn't go back once you've been through, so we missed a couple of the rooms. (No one's fault but our own) The group leader helped us through security and everything at the Vatican, and then we all went our own way. I'd recommend for anyone nervous about going through security or unsure about what to do/where to go.

The whole experience of booking online for priority access worked beautifully. One still has to queue a little for a security check (which I would never complain about in view of ...). The instructions given to find the office (meeting point) were extremely easy and, in fact, we have discovered that taxi drivers are well used to these "meeting points" for the various attractions. In this case, the meeting point was directly opposite the Vatican itself. As for the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel, what can I say that hasn't already been said. It's awe inspiring and, whilst I am neither a Roman Catholic, nor very religious, I have a healthy respect for the Papal Office and meaning of the Vatican as an institution - together with the way Rome and the Church shaped the future. Clearly an experience not to be missed!

We got the skip the line passes only, we did not get the guided tour. And whilst it did exactly what it says we skipped the main line it's not a complete skip as we ended up in a queue for about half an hour with all the other "skip the line" groups. The team were a little dismissive of the "skip" group to be honest and spent more time rounding up the guided tours. Part of the ticket stated hosted entry to the Vatican, however we weren't even walked to the Vatican with a host, they walked us to the traffic lights outside their building and told us just to walk up ourselves. What part of that is hosted?? It was then on members of our group to navigate a city we didn't know to find a queue we had little information on. We ended up being a little lost until other people guided our team to the back of the queue. Like I said, the ticket done what it was supposed to, but it cannot claim to be hosted entry when it isn't. For that reason I think it's a bit much to charge.

Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel

Once you meet your host at the designated meeting point, you will take a short walk to the entrance to the Vatican Museums. Upon entering, you will be free to roam the Museum and Sistine Chapel at your own pace. The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel boast the finest artwork ever to be made. Made up of 54 galleries, the Vatican Museums house one of the largest, and also the most important, collections of Renaissance art in the world. Built in the 15th century, the Sistine Chapel's walls and ceilings are covered in some of the most wonderful frescoes ever produced.

The 54th gallery of the Vatican Museums is the famed Sistine Chapel. Initially built in the 15th Century, the paintings by Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel were painted in the 16th century. View many of the most famous frescoes in the world, including the famous ceiling and Final Judgement painted by Michelangelo. Not only does the Sistine Chapel hold some of the world's most precious works of art, but it is also still used for religious purposes such as the Papal Conclave - the process through which a new Pope is chosen.

Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill

The Colosseum is one of Italy’s most popular destinations, attracting over 5 million visitors every year. Believed to have been constructed as a gift from the ancient emperors to the Roman people, this grand outdoor amphitheater once served as the epicenter for entertainment, hosting various public spectacles and games. A stage for gladiator fights, often including animals, the Colosseum has quite a bloody past. Step back in time, marvel at the impressive architecture, and walk the floor of the greatest arena known to mankind.

Your Colosseum ticket also includes entry to the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. Head to the Roman Forum and travel back in time as you walk along the same paths as the ancient Romans did. You’ll get a chance to witness popular sites including the Temple of Antoninus Pius, the Temple of Castor and Pollux, the Temple of Saturn, the Arch of Septimius Severus, and much more. Palatine Hill offers one of the best views of the city. Once considered the most desirable neighborhood in Rome, Palatine Hill lives on an extensive archaeological site and was the chosen spot for Emperors to build their homes.
