What to bring

• It is mandatory for every participant to bring along their original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter.

• Bring along your jacket and sunscreen.

What's not allowed

• Strict Dress Code: Athletic clothes with sturdy, good-grip trainers, running shoes, or closed-toe shoes. It is not allowed to wear dresses, skirts, flip flops, or loose footwear.

• The experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 40kg and more than 100kg, shorter than 130cm.

• This experience should not be done under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.

Accessibility

• All participants must be in good medical condition to be able to take this tour.

• Facilities: GoPro Rental, Free Car Parking, Restroom, Lockers.

• Please note that weather conditions may have an impact on your experience.

• Participants under the age of 18 who meet the height and weight requirements can do the tour on their own but will need to be accompanied by an adult and present a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian in order to do so.

• You will receive your mobile tickets in your email instantly. Please display your tickets on a mobile device at the Jebel Jais Viewing Deck Park.

• Please ensure that you have parked your vehicle and are at the Deck Park 30 minutes prior to the start time of your time slot. If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered a no show and you will forfeit 100% of your payment in line with the venue's terms and conditions.
