Ticketing experience was simple and easy to use with Headout. The Icebar was an great experinece, most of the staff that greeted us well and where engaging. The venus however could be improved on to highten the experience, appreciated the cameras in to take your photo but could be more of them. Cocktails where great, atmoshpere fun. We found the amount of patrons at our booking in the group was probably 3 to many, regarding space found it a little crowded. I do hope they continue to develop the mood, concepts, add to the displays and will contiune to grow. They will need to have a vision to get patrons coming back, as I have been there done that sort of feeling. In all a fun thing to have done. We have no pictures of our own to share as you cant take them on your phone, you use what they provide and buy them to print yourself.

It was an awesome atmosphere and nice staff. What a game. I would have wanted better seating in the club house, but understand the members get the best seats, maybe you could reserve some maybe as we both travelled from NZ for that weekend to watch my team Storm and my partners team the Warriors play.

The bar girl was sooo nice and friendly , my friend and I basically stood and spoke to her the whole time. The only issue was we didn't get our souvenir cup we paid for :(

Staff were friendly & I liked my drinks. Small area inside & the gloves were not warm at all. Better signage right out the front is needed to help us tourists navigate better.

It was fun and different although you don't really get much time in there 45mins with like 12 other people in a small room it's hard to do all the activities in that time frame but other than that it was good

What do the White Walkers from Game of Thrones, the jungle cats of Wanderlust, and the polar bears of Antarctica have in common? Why, they all have fabulous sculptures at IceBar Melbourne! The bar is a frosty wonderland that tells you many stories with its stunning ice sculptures. In fact, even the walls, tables, chairs, and the bar is made of ice! Don’t worry, though: you will be given a snow cape and gloves to keep you snug as a bug in the freezing temperatures. Make sure to check out the mega-Jenga arena and the ice hockey table - of course, made entirely of ice! If you’re bringing kids along with you, they can sip on fruity drinks while wearing customized capes and gloves.

Please bear in mind that arctic temperatures are not recommended for toddlers and babies

Dress Code

It is recommended that you wear long pants and closed shoes. However, IceBar provides snow capes, gloves, and Ugg boots (where required). You'll feel the chill no matter what you wear, so the more clothes you wear, the longer you'll last!
