What to bring

• Wear modest swimwear at waterparks such as Aquaventure; loose items are not allowed on slides.

• Bring comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, as you may visit both indoor and outdoor attractions.

• Carry your digital pass (on your phone or printed) for entry at each attraction.

• For desert safaris, bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside most attractions.

• Outside food and beverages are generally not allowed unless specified by the attraction.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited at all venues.

• Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are not allowed inside most museums and exhibitions.

• Multiple visits to the same attraction are not permitted; each attraction can be visited once per pass.

• Entry to attractions not selected within your pass limit is not allowed.

• Free roaming is not permitted inside Burj Al Arab; visits are guided only.

Accessibility

• Accessibility varies by attraction; not all venues are fully wheelchair accessible. Please check individual attraction websites for detailed accessibility information before your visit.

• Some attractions may have limited access for guests with mobility needs, especially outdoor or adventure experiences such as desert safaris.

• Your pass is valid for 30 calendar days from the selected start date.

• Each attraction can be visited once; passes are non-transferable.

• Advance reservations are required for certain attractions, including Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa, Aquaventure, desert safaris, yacht/dhow cruises, teamLab Phenomena, and Yas Island parks on weekends/holidays. Reservation instructions will be sent with your tickets.

• No advance reservation is typically needed for Dubai Frame, AYA Universe, Green Planet, Madame Tussauds, Dubai Aquarium, Global Village (entry only), Butterfly Garden, and Crocodile Park.

• Opening hours and guest policies may vary seasonally; always check the official website of each attraction before your visit.

• Some attractions, such as Global Village and Miracle Garden, are seasonal and only open from October to April.

• Transport between attractions is not included; use metro, taxis, ride-hailing, or hop-on hop-off buses as needed. Most Yas Island parks include a free shuttle from Dubai.

• Meals are not included unless specified (e.g., dhow cruise with dinner).

• Optional upgrades or add-ons (such as quad biking on desert safaris) are not included and can be purchased separately at the venue.

• Desert safaris require hotel pick-up details; ensure you provide accurate information during booking.

• Book popular attractions early, as slots (especially for Burj Khalifa sunset, Museum of the Future, and Aquaventure) sell out quickly.

• The pass does not include metro or transport cards.

• Children’s policies and free entry ages vary by attraction; check individual attraction guidelines for details.

• For the best experience, plan your itinerary considering travel times between attractions and typical visit durations (e.g., theme parks: 4–6 hours, waterparks: 6+ hours, observatories: 60–90 minutes).
