From booking to entering the Dubai Frame, the entire experience was seamless. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything was well-organised from start to finish. We arrived early at 9am, so there were no lines, allowing us to move through quickly yet still take our time to enjoy the visit. The views are absolutely fantastic — especially with the Dubai Frame’s location offering a clear look at the palaces and surrounding landmarks. Highly recommended!

We were there in october and the crowd was perfect there werent too many people but i wasnt full empty. The view was amazing. The acces was easy as well and the mall under the tower has free parking for 3 or 4 hours. We saw the whole Dubai from the middle of the palm and it was beautiful. We loved it. And everyone in the city is so nice and helpfull, just like here the janitors the security... everyone was kind and nice.

It was wonderful experience. On one side you have the the entire view of new modern Dubai and on the other side you have the view of old traditional Dubai. O don't think any other city has this kind of attraction. To me UAE is my second home, and after spending 3 decades in Dubai, its time for retirement. So for me and my family its a lifetime memory that we are carrying with us. Thank you Dubai ♥♥♥

Start off with a quick visit to the Dubai Frame. You'll dodge the usual long lines and get a killer view of both the old and new sides of the city.

While you're there, head to the museum on the ground floor to see how Dubai grew into the bustling city it is now.

Then, zip up to Level 52 at View at The Palm on the Palm Tower. From up there, see Palm Island, spotting everything from the Ain Wheel to the Burj Al Arab.

Take the kids to The View Exhibition! It’s packed with fun interactive exhibits and a cool aquarium that’ll keep them entertained for hours.

Spectacular view of the palm tree, the best time in my opinion is at sunset but you have to consider almost an hour of queuing. I recommend buying the fast track to skip the line. On the other hand, from what I have seen there is no need to spend more for the top time slot ticket because at least in my case they did not take it into consideration.

Amazing value for the tickets on Headout website/app. Once we got to the view, it was all so very easy. Showed the QR code and straight in. To be honest, I wasn't expecting such ease! The view of the palm itself... I mean words can't describe it and anything online you see doesn't do it justice. It was breathtaking!

View at The Palm
