I booked my service through Headout, and it was a very good experience overall. When we visited Dubai Frame, we found that there was a long queue, and the personal security staff informed us that the waiting time could be more than two hours. For customers who book directly through Dubai Frame or other official websites, they usually need to visit on the same day, or in some cases within a two-day timeframe. If they miss that window, it becomes difficult to manage. However, with Headout, the booking validity is for one full year, which is extremely convenient. This flexibility is very helpful, as it allows us to visit later if we face any difficulties or time constraints. Overall, booking through Headout made the process much easier and stress-free.

View The Palm is a very nice experience, offering a 360-degree view over Palm Jumeirah, the sea, and Dubai’s skyline. The views from the top are impressive and make it easy to appreciate the scale and design of the Palm, especially for photos. The visit also includes an indoor exhibition with presentation videos and information about the construction stages of the Palm, which is interesting and well presented. At the top, there is also a café where you can relax and enjoy the view. One thing to keep in mind is that waiting times can be long with the standard ticket, sometimes over an hour, so planning your visit time helps. Overall, it’s a well-organized attraction and worth adding to your Dubai itinerary.

I really enjoyed visiting Dubai Frame. I felt it is a unique and meaningful attraction because, from one place, I could clearly see Old Dubai on one side and New Dubai on the other. The view from the top was amazing and made me appreciate how beautifully Dubai has developed. I felt excited walking on the glass floor—it was thrilling but felt very safe. I also liked the museum inside, which helped me understand Dubai’s past, present, and future in a simple way. The place was clean, well organized, and the staff were polite. Overall, I felt the experience was worth the money. I personally recommend Dubai Frame as a must-visit place for anyone coming to Dubai.

Start off with a quick visit to the Dubai Frame. You'll dodge the usual long lines and get a killer view of both the old and new sides of the city.

While you're there, head to the museum on the ground floor to see how Dubai grew into the bustling city it is now.

Visiting The View at The Palm in December was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Dubai. I went with my wife, Bruna, and the experience exceeded every expectation, from the organization to the breathtaking views. Booking through Headout was seamless and stress-free. I booked my tickets through Headout, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I also got the tickets slighlty cheaper through headout. The tickets were easy to access and the barcodes were sent on the same email address i used whilst booking the tickets, and entry was quick with no issues at all. I’d highly recommend both the Dubai Frame and booking through Headout for a seamless experience. Definitely a must-visit attraction in Dubai! Atleast once ! I would say visit in the evening or during sunset for the best experience.
