Your evening begins with hotel or residence pickup in a 4x4 Land Cruiser from Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman, in a shared vehicle transfer with other guests as per the Standard Evening Desert Safari (Shared Transfer) option, or in a private vehicle transfer as per the Private Evening Desert Safari (Private Transfer) option. A professional English-speaking driver takes you out of the city toward the desert, in licensed and insured vehicles, while you leave the city skyline behind.

Dune bashing and arrival activities

What to expect

The first stop is the open desert, where your 4x4 Land Cruiser heads onto the sand for dune bashing across the slopes. After this off-road drive, there is time to try sandboarding on the dunes and experience a short camel ride before you continue to the camp.

On arrival at the desert camp, you are greeted with a traditional welcome that includes Arabic tea or coffee and dates, then you settle in for an evening of activities, a BBQ buffet dinner, and live cultural entertainment shows. Between the performances, you can move between activity stations, relax with refreshments, or take photos in the camp setting.
