Driver was perfectly on time, very friendly and competent. We had a great time in the desert. BBQ Evening was okay. Disturbing was the very (too) loud music (speaker). People, especially children sometimes needed to put their Hands on their ears as the noise level reached 96 Decibels!!!

The ride in the dessert was a cool experience. The performances during dinner were also nice, the good is ok. Quadbike and camels disappointed me a bit. Quadbike: I paid 30 minutes included in my ticket, the people at the location kept insisting it was 20min and even started telling me to go back and return the bike after just 15 minutes. The camel ride is literally 30 seconds for some pictures.

It was excellent experience, i recommend everybody comes to dubai to go to this safari Specialy our tour guide Asif was very friendly, But it's long trip you should prepare your self in advance

We were scammed at multiple points. 1. They told us to buy scarfs that were overpriced AED 80 per scarf. So, I paid for 3 scarfs. 2. The dune bike rides instructors were trying to call us back by 20 mins. Since, I had taken a photo of the time on the bike( which was not the clock) and showed it to them, they didn't have an option but to let us use it for 30 mins. 3. The camel ride was for 30 seconds. I have a video of the entire ride and I can share it with you, to validate. 4. The food wasn't sufficient. The counters rajn out of kebabs in 15 mins. I think this whole package is a scam. The other 3 who came in our car felt the same. This will spoil your reputation, if you don't fix or discontinue.

We have an expectional desert safari tour. Our quide very service oriented. He provided discounts for us on ATV bikes and also made many wonderfull pictures for our company. Dinner in the village was delicious and evening show was amazing. Would definitelly recommend.
