Timings

• Pick-up for Desert Safari: 2.30pm to 3pm

• Drop-off after Desert Safari: 9pm to 9:30pm.

• During Ramadan: Pickup timings will be between 3:30pm - 4pm.

• Helicopter ride: 9am to 1.45pm

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

For the helicopter tour, we don't have pick-up and drop-off services.

• Exact timeslot for Helicopter Tour will be provided post booking. You may receive any time slot within 10am to 1:45pm as per the availability.

• Please arrive at the attraction 60 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. Bring a valid photo ID proof for verification.

By Bus

• The closest bus stop is Royal Mirage Hotel 2-2. It is a 12-minute by walk to the attraction.

• Board buses 8, N55 to get you there.

By Tram

• The closest tram stop is Al Sufouh. It is a 11-minute by walk to the attraction.

• Board tram T1 to get you there.

Evening Desert Safari

Pickup time between 3pm to 3:30pm. Drop off time between 9pm to 9:30pm.

• Please arrive at the pick-up 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. Bring a valid photo ID proof for verification.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pick-ups and drop-offs.

• If your hotel is not in the pick-up zone, you will be provided with the nearest pick-up location.

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your hotel.
