It was an once in a life time oppurtunity ... before you die do it ... less is more but this sky diving more i sless you can do it 1000 times but still it feels every time is a first time ... i enjoyed a lot .. it was in my bucket list for a very long time and finalyy i checked donr .. thank u skydive dubai for giving me such a wonderful experience and memory

I had a very disappointing experience. Skydiving was one of my biggest dreams and something that had been on my bucket list for a long time. After completing the skydive, I was really looking forward to receiving my photos and videos so that I could keep those memories forever. Unfortunately, none of my photos or videos were delivered because they were lost. I am extremely upset and disappointed about this situation, as this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. I was informed that a complimentary skydive might be offered as compensation, but I have not received any update regarding this yet.

I had an amazing experience with XLine Dubai zip lining over the marina in Dubai! From check-in to landing, everything was professional, organized, and exciting. The staff made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time, and their energy made the experience even more fun. Flying over the marina with the skyscrapers, yachts, and water below was absolutely breathtaking. The views were unreal and the adrenaline rush was unforgettable. The equipment was top quality, and the team explained everything clearly before takeoff, which helped calm any nerves. This is definitely a must-do activity in Dubai if you love adventure or want a unique way to see the city. I would absolutely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Free fall is incredible. A must experience to have. Like the goggles for eyes, I felt it's inevitable to have for nose as well. Due to the high wind pressure and falling down freely from 13000 feet, breathing is merely impossible for newbies. I hope SkyDive team will look into this. I like to go one more to enjoy this. Waiting for my video.

The skydive itself was incredible, and both my tandem instructor and camera flyer were fantastic. They made me feel safe and made the experience unforgettable. Unfortunately, the post-jump customer service has been very disappointing. After my jump, I contacted your team to make sure my photos and videos would be sent to my email address, not my friend’s, even though she made the booking as a gift. I was assured they would be sent to my email, but the photos were still sent to my friend’s email instead. This shows a clear lack of communication and failure to follow instructions. It’s now been more than 72 hours, and I’m still waiting for my video with no update. Customer service has not been helpful, they simply redirect me to the video team instead of following up or providing any status update. The video team only communicates by email and has been completely unresponsive. The skydive experience deserves 5 stars, but the post-jump customer service and media delivery process do not. I’m sure Skydive Dubai can do much better than this. Better communication, following customer instructions, and proactive customer support would make a huge difference.

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 65 years, over the age of 12 years, over the height of 1.3m (4.27ft), under the weight of 100kg (220.46lb) and over the weight of 45kg (99.21lb).

Participants must meet the safety requirements to take part in this experience. Should they fail to do so, they will be denied access and a refund will not be processed.

Skydive Dubai

The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.

The Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form are required to be filled out and signed by participants.

Participants aged 70 years and above are required to fill out the Declaration of Fitness form and have it signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival.

SkyDive Dubai staff will weigh you (with your shoes and clothes on) when you check in on the day of your skydive.

The flight may not take place when the weather conditions are poor. If you feel unsure about the weather on the day of your experience, you can reach out on the details mentioned in your confirmation voucher to check your flight status.

Restrictions exist for safety reasons, as such, no exceptions will be made.

Depending on the availability, the final time slot of your flight could change by 60-90 minutes from the time slot you have selected during checkout.

If the venue cancels your SkyDive experience due to operational reasons within less than 6 hours of your booked slot, you will not be eligible for a refund for the transfers.

From Jul 8 to Aug 31, Skydive Palm dropzone will open one hour later, with the first check-in at 6am. Bookings for 5:15am, 5:30am, and 5:45am have been rescheduled to 6am.
