While the attraction is okay but the ticket booking experience is very good. The site is very good and especially have the option to checkout without entering too many details. Also it had the option to give no. UAE mobile numbers.

The attraction was really nice. We visited at 6:30 PM which is a very nice time to visit. Nice that you an also get water and soft drinks and enjoy the spectacular view from the highest building.

I booked 3 adventures of Dubai with headout, IMG worlds, Burj Khalifa and underwater aquarium. All expereinces were awesome as people were waiting in line to purchase at the spot tickets and I was welcomed at each facility as my reservations were pre-validated and they just scanned the QR code of the ticket from my phone and I was good to go. Another feature of headout which helped me alot was that all my tickets were available to me on the application in offline mode meaning since I did not have internet I was still able to have my bookings validated. All in all a wonderful experience with headout.

Hai Dears I would like to request you that please provide one water dispenser on floor no 125 . Because first time in life some one reaching this much hight some of people will mindly stress or emotional strain. That time they need some of water . My kids ask me some water I can't find any water in floor number 125. That time I can't leave them and go floor number 124 not fair . It's only request. Because I can spend any money in coffe shop but not enough time for that moment. Summer season everyone feeling tired. This my request only . We enjoy very much in dubai tour. Thanks and best wishes UAE leaders and people ❤️.

I paid more for inclusion of the Penguin Cove only to find that was already included in the standard priced ticket. Why you offered "an upgrade" is a mystery.

Important Information

Burj Khalifa

Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.
Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes in the elevator queue.
No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

Wild Wadi Dubai

Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are prohibited.
Guests may bring one, 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.
Luxury cabanas are available for rent.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Bathing suits, bikinis, board shorts, wet/bodysuits, goggles, slippers/swimming shoes, round-neck t-shirts, full-body swimwear, burkinis, and water-safe diapers are allowed.
