If you value your time, it’s absolutely worth spending more for the SKY level experience at Burj Khalifa. While the standard tickets to levels 124–125 come with long wait times—often 2 to 3 hours just to reach the top—SKY access offers priority entry and a far more relaxed, premium experience. You’ll enjoy refreshments at the highest lounge in the world and avoid the crowds and delays. Overall, it’s a one-of-a-kind experience, and the extra cost is justified for the time and comfort you gain

I saved a lot of time with this type of ticket because there were long lines. I didn't enjoy anything if I had to wait that long. It was during the Easter holidays. It's more expensive to choose this option, but at least you get to enjoy the goal to the fullest.

The experience visiting the Burj Khalifa was really good. Everything was well organized and the installations are great. The views to Dubai were amazing and the team were all very friendly and professional. However, we paid the tickets for a 5pm visit to the Burj Khalifa and we had to change the time to 9am which they are lower cost tickets and we never got the refund back from Headout which it was kind of disappointing, but everything else was great!!

We both enjoyed the experience especially the views of Dubai from the 148th floor though would have enjoyed a walk all the way around the floor in one go. The coffee and pastries was a lovely touch.
