A beautiful and well organized experience that I enjoyed with my wife. The guided tour was informative and gave us a rare look inside this iconic hotel. Ending the visit with a gold beverage at UMA Lounge was a classy and memorable touch. Highly recommended for couples visiting Dubai.

It really is an experience. The tour makes you feel like you're living in true luxury. All the staff are very attentive. The facilities are magnificent. The autumn cappuccino was the finishing touch.

The Tour was fantastic. However I suggest the receptionist lady should smile and talk nicely. While we were downloading the tickets by mistake we show same ticket twice, and she said scanned already. Then she asked from which country we are. I felt that question was look embarrassed because assumed we don't what to do.
