• Social distancing is measured at all areas of the Atlantis, The Palm.
• Atlantis's security and medical services team will also conduct temperature checks utilizing thermal scanners and cameras upon arrival.

Important Information

• A maximum of 6 people is allowed per booking.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age to participate in this activity is 6yrs.
• Taking pictures, filming and taking video is allowed in all areas, except for Mechanical room.
• Reservations are subject to availability. If you do not arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, you will be counted as a no show. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the tour itself.

• Sat, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri:10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The time slots are for every 30 minutes.
• Closed Dates: Wed and Sun
