Loved the view from the tallest building of the world! Would recommend everyone to take a look from the top & also watch the light & fountain show which happens every evening till March 2025.

Ticketing experience was good, easy to book. We just loved being up so high and looking all around. In fact while we were there we upgraded and went up to the lounge on floor 154 and enjoyed a glass of Prosecco and some cakes

Burj Khalifa is awesome and views are mesmerizing. The Burj Khalifa Fountain Show is undoubtedly a breathtaking spectacle, offering mesmerizing views of Dubai's majestic skyline. However, my recent visit had few drawbacks that left a sour taste. Here are some of the issues I faced: 1. Poor Directions: Dubai Mall's signage was inadequate, leading to confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth navigation. 2. Long Queues: Multiple queues at each stage resulted in an excruciating wait. Despite arriving 10 minutes before my scheduled 5 PM time slot, I didn't reach the top until 6 PM – a whopping 1 hour and 10 minutes later. 3. Misleading Ticket Pricing: I paid for a daytime ticket, but due to the lengthy queues, I ended up watching the sunset instead of enjoying the daytime views. 4. Stroller Restrictions: Many parents struggled with long queues while carrying their children. Allowing strollers or providing priority access to families with kids would greatly alleviate this issue. 5. Inefficient Lift Management: Upon descending, we were redirected to an alternate floor, only to wait for an extended period due to "VVIPs" being present. This decision seemed illogical and inconvenient. 6. Rude Staff: When I provided feedback about the lift management and overall queue experience, the staff responded defensively and rudely, rather than acknowledging and apologizing for the issues. Despite the stunning views, these drawbacks detracted from my overall experience. Hopefully, the management will take these concerns seriously and implement necessary improvements to make it 5 star experience

Loved the hassel-free experience at the ticketing counter. A thing to improve would be to give more detailed "How to Reach the Counter" instructions. Dubai Mall is a huge place with multiple entry points. We were lost and had to run to find the Burj Khalifa ticket counter. Rest everything was great..
