Staff at both venues were extremely strict on height. My son was literally half a cm below the height restrictions and was refused at all rides. Zero common sense applied by staff. Prices inside the venues are absolutely extortionate. They provide slip on water shoes at the water park that break apart after 30mins. Do your homework and be prepared

Wonderful experience, getting to know the history behind the palm and an excellent view of the palm. At the time we went there were no queues so was a very quick process to check in and go up the lift. A bonus was getting the tickets at a discounted offer 😉 and only bought them a few hours before we went.

Very easy to purchase tickets on line and did so only a few hours before hand while sitting round the pool. The entrance was very nice and as we had booked a later tour was very quite, so we breezed through. The interactive tour on the history of the plam was very good and informative. The lift took a matter of seconds and never felt like it was moving. Once at the top, it was a bit hazy / cloudy, restricting the view, which the operatior has no control over, guess it just depends on the meteroloicaly conditions on the day . Saying that we managed to get a lot of good photographs of the Palm, Atlantis, downtown Dubai etc. Next time may upgrade to have drinks / meal, as the restaurants looked nice. Definitlely one to recommend.

The process of reservation was easy and the price was lower than the official website. But the thing is sometimes you get surprised with a fast track which is not available or suggest on the website like in Aquaventure.

The tower exudes luxury, with its stunning apartments and of course, the St. Regis Hotel. But it also boasts remarkable views of Palm Jumeirah from its observation deck on the 52nd floor. For the avid swimmers, the infinity pool on the 50th floor promises quite the experience: 200 meters of glistening waters, with striking panoramic views of Dubai. All in all, it is an amalgamation of many individual experiences, making it an ideal visit for everyone!

Overflowing Fun at Aquaventure Waterpark

17 fun-filled hectares of adrenaline-pumping rides and slides at the Aquaventure Waterpark are something the whole family can enjoy. Located inside the premises of Hotel Atlantis, the park is known to be the largest water park in Dubai, with endless options for you to enjoy. Slide down the 90-foot Leap of Faith into a shark lagoon or spiral down the Aquaconda. One of the most popular rides is Poseidon’s Revenge, where a trapdoor opens under your feet and drops you down a 75-feet chute before the slide arcs you through a double loop. If you wish to relax and take a break, take a raft and cruise through the Shark Tunnel or the lazy river. Aquaventure Waterpark is also the only water park with direct access to the beach. You can choose to lounge on the beach or indulge in some adventure water sports. There is a dedicated play area for children where the shallow pools provide ample opportunities for the young ones to frolic about.

Bring your speedos, one or two-piece swimsuits, burkinis, and rash guards along with you.

What's not allowed

Aquaventure Waterpark

Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops.
You cannot bring food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark.
Safety is a priority so waterpark rides are restricted for people under the weight of 50 kg and over 135 kg. This does not apply to the children's park.
Abayas, sarees, long shirts or pants, undergarments, street clothes, cotton clothes, and see-through items cannot be worn in the water or on the rides.
