I absolutely loved my experience on the Dubai Balloon at Atlantis! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and smooth. The staff was super friendly, made me feel safe, and explained everything clearly. The ride itself was magical – the views of the Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, and the Dubai skyline were just breathtaking. Being up in the air, even for a few minutes, gave me such a peaceful and unique perspective of Dubai. It’s perfect for taking stunning photos and creating beautiful memories. Diving, shoes, aqua socks with thick and/or rubber solesselfie sticks, glassware, alcohol, outside food, beverages, handheld Go Pro, and other action cameras are not allowed inside the premises.

Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed inside the pool. However, guests can purchase swim nappies or diapers in the gift shops available on the premises.

Strict dress code: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate are not allowed in this experience. However, one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini are allowed on this experience.

Safety is a priority. So, Trident Tower, Tower of Neptune, and Poseidon’s Revenge and Slytherin are restricted for guests under the height of 1.2 m, whereas the Zoomerango and Aquaconda are restricted for guests under 1.07 metres.

The experience is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola.

The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. This function will be checked and verified by the ground crew before boarding.

There are extra wheelchairs on-site which you can use for the duration of the flight.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, those who've had major surgery in the last 6 months, or those with height phobia or motion sickness.
