Aquaventure Waterpark at Atlantis, The Palm is one of Dubai’s top attractions and an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages. The park offers an exciting mix of thrilling water slides, a relaxing lazy river, wave pools, and a private beach with stunning views. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly and attentive, making the visit enjoyable and safe. Although food and tickets are relatively expensive, the variety of attractions and overall experience make it worth the cost. I especially enjoyed the adrenaline-filled rides and the opportunity to cool off in Dubai’s heat. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or as a couple, Aquaventure provides a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

We had an amazing day at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The booking process through Headout was simple, fast, and hassle-free. We received our tickets instantly and had no problems entering the park. The waterpark itself was fantastic, with a huge variety of slides, attractions, and activities for both adults and children. Everything was well organized, clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. We especially loved the thrilling rides, the beautiful surroundings, and the family-friendly atmosphere. There were plenty of options for relaxation as well as exciting adventures, making it a perfect destination for families and groups. As a family living in Dubai for many years, this was our first time since our baby was old enough to enjoy himself, and what better place than at Atlantis Aquaventure Park. We thought we wouldn't be able to enjoy it much with a small toddler, but boy, were we mistaken. The lazy river ride was such a blast, and at the splash cove, our son literally went on all the slides by himself. This was something that not only shocked us but made us realize that our little baby was now a big boy. Though we arrived at midday, we managed to enjoy our time and even got to experience the dolphin educational show. All in all, we had a blast and would truly go back. Thanks to Headout, we managed to make memories together at the World's Largest Water Park.

Our family day at Aquaventure was absolutely unforgettable. While the massive, record-breaking slides provided incredible backdrops and high-energy views, the true highlight for us was how beautifully the park caters to families. Splashers Island was a safe, vibrant paradise where our one-year-old girl could safely splash, smile, and explore gentle water play. Wrapping up the afternoon with a peaceful, slow float down the tropical lazy river with my wife and daughter was the perfect, relaxing end to a beautiful day. The price I got was excellent at 115/-, compared to the price on their website of 350/- . But I have a comment. I hope the park's closing hours will be clearly stated on the ticket. It says the park opens at 10:00 AM and closes at 8:00 PM, but in reality, it closes at 6:00 PM midweek and 8:00 PM at the end of the week.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind outside food & beverages, glassware, alcohol, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPro, other action cameras, shoes, aqua socks with thick and/or rubber soles are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Strict dress code: Guests are allowed to wear one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts, and burkini. Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items or other materials deemed inappropriate are not allowed.

Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Guests can purchase swim nappies/diapers from the gift shops in the venue.

Diving is not permitted anywhere in the resort or Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.

Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark.

Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure Waterpark slides, except for the Vortex body slide.

Queue-jumping or saving a place in the queue is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave Aquaventure Waterpark. Guests may not exit a queue and return to the same position for any reason.

Accessibility

Your safety comes first. So, pregnant women and guests with back, neck, joint, and cardiac issues, injuries (casts, bandages, etc), or contagious diseases are restricted from participating in this experience.

Life jackets are available at different locations around Aquaventure Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance.

Life jackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 meters (48”) and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages.

Children aged 3 years and above with a height exceeding 1.2 meters are permitted.

Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark for a small fee. Free locker and towel rental is available for guests who have opted for the Dolphin Meet & Greet upgrade.
