Landing at Dubai International Airport? After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, head to the arrivals area. Your driver will be waiting with a placard displaying your name. They'll help load your bags and walk you to your vehicle. Pick-ups are available from all three terminals at DXB.

For airport pick-ups, book your slot approximately 3 hours after your flight's scheduled arrival. This gives you enough time to clear immigration and collect your luggage. Your vehicle will be an air-conditioned 4, 7, or 12-seater, depending on your group size and drop-off zone.

Heading to DXB for your departure? Your driver will collect you from your Dubai hotel or residence at the pre-agreed time. The pick-up time you select is when your driver arrives at your address, not when you need to reach the airport.

Your driver will help with your luggage before setting off. Travel in an air-conditioned vehicle sized to your group, with airport parking charges already included. You'll be dropped off at your designated terminal, whether that's Terminal 1, 2, or 3.

For airport drop-offs, keep at least 3.5 hours between your scheduled pick-up and flight departure. This allows a buffer for Dubai traffic and airport formalities.

Booking voucher: Keep a printed or digital copy of your booking voucher and show it to your driver for verification.

Eating and drinking: Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the vehicle.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.

Excess baggage: Oversized or excess baggage is subject to available storage space in your assigned vehicle.

Airport coverage: Pick-ups and drop-offs are available at DXB Terminals 1, 2, and 3.

Airport pick-up: After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, meet your driver in the arrivals area. Look for a placard displaying your name.

Airport pick-up timing: Book your pick-up slot approximately 3 hours after your flight's scheduled arrival to allow time for immigration and baggage collection.

Airport drop-off timing: Keep at least 3.5 hours between your scheduled hotel or residence pick-up and your flight departure.

Vehicle allocation: Your vehicle is assigned based on your group size and selected zone. Options include 4, 7, and 12-seater vehicles.

Luggage assistance: Your driver will help load and unload your luggage at both ends of the journey.
