What to bring

• Bring a valid ID for your visit. If you are booking the UAE resident pass, your Emirates ID is mandatory for entry.

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.

• Alcoholic beverages are only allowed if specified in your ticket type.

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed for security reasons.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Wild Wadi Waterpark

• Some rides are restricted for guests shorter than 1.1m.

• Inappropriate swimwear includes (but is not restricted to): underwear, cotton clothes (especially long, flowing garments), transparent bathing suits, street clothes, shorts with protruding designs such as rivets or other accessories on the back, long necklaces and chains, swimsuits with metal details such as buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and/or water slides, any clothing or accessory deemed potentially damaging to water slides, regular diapers/nappies.

• Wearing spectacles (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) while riding any of the rides is not permitted for safety purposes. Lanyards are available to purchase on-site.

• For the health and safety of all guests, please do not swim if you or anyone in your family has diarrhea, especially babies and toddlers in diapers.

• For hygiene, infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers in the water; regular diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers are available for purchase at retail outlets. Please use the changing facilities in the men's and women's changing rooms, as diaper changes are not allowed poolside.

• The following is prohibited: outside food and beverages, glass items, intoxication, queue jumping, running and diving, devices that contain exposed needles, sharp points or edges.

Wild Wadi Waterpark

• Some water rides carry a risk of injury and should not be used if you are pregnant, under medical care, have health conditions that limit physical activity, or exceed the ride’s specific weight limits.

• This experience is not recommended for guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory illnesses, or chronic diseases.

• Before riding, please assess your own limitations to ensure safe participation, and always be aware of the water depth in all pools.

• Children under 3 enter free but must be accompanied by an adult.

• Child tickets apply to ages 3–12; adult tickets are for ages 12 and above.

• Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older.

• Please be aware that cabin assignments for groups may be subject to change based on availability.

• Guests must wait in line and board the next available cabin. Queue jumping is not permitted.

• The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.

• To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, limitations may be imposed on the size and number of bags, backpacks, suitcases, and similar items permitted on board.

• All bags will be inspected before entering the venue as a security measure.

• F57 Bus is available from Jebel Ali metro bus stop to Bluewaters Island daily from 6am to midnight (Friday until 1am).

• Validate your parking at the nearest ticket office by presenting your same-day ticket to enjoy up to 4 hours of free underground parking.

• Follow all posted safety instructions and staff guidance during your visit.

Wild Wadi Waterpark

• Guests may bring a 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times. Children aged 14 and over can enter the park alone, but cannot be the accompanying guardian for younger children.

• The water in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children's play structure) is temperature-controlled year-round.

• Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides.

• For hygiene, please don't spit in the water and shower before using the slides.

• You're welcome to use your GoPro on all rides except Jumeirah Sceirah, provided it has an attached strap.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please display the same at each of the ticket redemption points along with a valid photo ID.
