IT WAS TOTALLY EXHILARATING FEELING. VERY WELL ORGANISED. THE WHOLE DUBAI SKYLINE, THE MARINA, AND PALM JUMEIRAH LOOKED MAGICAL AND WAS A VERY DIFFERENT FEELING WHICH WAS ENIGMATIC. THE CABINS ARE SUPER COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS, AND GETTING IN WAS A BREEZE. AFTER THE SMOOTH, SLOW RIDE WE STROLLED AROUND BLUEWATERS ISLAND, WHICH HAS TONS OF GREAT DINING OPTIONS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visiting Ain Dubai through Headout was a seamless and memorable experience. The ticket booking process was smooth, clear, and hassle-free. The views from the observation wheel were absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic sights of Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island, and the skyline. The experience was well-organized, not overly crowded, and staff were professional and helpful throughout. It was truly a highlight of our trip and well worth it. We visited at 15. 00, there were 4 of us in one booth. We liked everything, took a lot of photos from different heights!!! On the first floor we took a general photo. When the staff came out, they offered us to print out the photo, and the electronic version to take in the app "mySnapps". But unfortunately the staff member didn't upload them and we couldn't see them. The mood was spoiled a bit.

absolutely incredible!! my lil sis and i had so much fun! I have some top tips for future guests! 1. If you're going off peak, don't get a wild pass. There's no need to have a skip queues option bc theyre pretty non-existent (we went on a Monday, longest we waited was 20 mins). 2. Don't need to spend the whole day there - we got there at about 2pm, ik what you might be thinking, but the park wasn't full and the rides are close enough to eachother that we did a few twice! After that you kinda wna just lounge. the last hour is beautiful w sunset views of the burj!! (attached) 3. Eat before you go - food inside can run you about 100aed per person - but a pizza is like 60aed - we had lunch before going, highly recommend doing that. They scan bags upon entry, so depends on if you wna risk it for a biscuit. 4. Don't recommend wearing swimming shoes on the rides - I mean unless they're super tight. We were zooming past swimming shoes when on rides & couldn't stop laughing, sorry if that was you. the floor is reasonably clean, & youre always in the water anyway, so just no need i think. 5. loads of sun beds!!! if you want a relaxing day, don't lounge by the pool (it can get loud), head up (literally up the stairs) towards the scarer ride and there are sunbeds that have a beautiful view of the burj and jumeirah beach hotell!! & it's super quiet. & some general notes: - dont worry about leaving your stuff unattended - its dubai. We left ours unattended, and it was untouched all the times we were away. - if you're a woman who's travelling with women, try to go on a women only day - we got quite a few stares both from staff and guests which made us a lil uncomfortable. I even got approached by a guy wanting to get to know me, so please keep your wits about you. (btw no, we weren't in bikini's, sister & i were both wearing swim shirts and shorts). - the lazy river, or whatever it's called, is see thru btw. so if you're wearing a bikini, ppl will see that from a distance & above, unless that's what you want then its just an fyi. - water isnt heated, except the wave pool. all in all, had an amazing time! all the rides are amazing!! wild wadi WILL see us again InShaAllah!!

Just book your tickets online and head to the location shown on the Headout app—your e-tickets stay saved there for quick check-in, making the whole process hassle-free. Honestly, Ain Dubai is such an underrated gem. Personally, I found it even better than the Burj Khalifa—less crowded, more relaxing, and the views are simply breathtaking. If you’re visiting in winter, try going around 4:30–5:00 PM. You’ll catch the magical sunset and then watch the city slowly light up—it feels surreal. Another bonus: your ticket includes 4 hours of free parking, so you can take your time and explore the beautiful Bluewaters Island as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet unforgettable Dubai experience! 🌅✨

Inappropriate swimwear includes (but is not restricted to): underwear, cotton clothes (especially long, flowing garments), transparent bathing suits, street clothes, shorts with protruding designs such as rivets or other accessories on the back, long necklaces and chains, swimsuits with metal details such as buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and/or water slides, any clothing or accessory deemed potentially damaging to water slides, regular diapers/nappies.

Wearing spectacles (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) while riding any of the rides is not permitted for safety purposes. Lanyards are available to purchase on-site.

For the health and safety of all guests, please do not swim if you or anyone in your family has diarrhea, especially babies and toddlers in diapers.

For hygiene, infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers in the water; regular diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers are available for purchase at retail outlets. Please use the changing facilities in the men's and women's changing rooms, as diaper changes are not allowed poolside.

The following is prohibited: outside food and beverages, glass items, intoxication, queue jumping, running and diving, devices that contain exposed needles, sharp points or edges.

Guests must wait in line and board the next available cabin. Queue jumping is not permitted.

The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.

To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, limitations may be imposed on the size and number of bags, backpacks, suitcases, and similar items permitted on board.

All bags will be inspected before entering the venue as a security measure.

F57 Bus is available from Jebel Ali metro bus stop to Bluewaters Island daily from 6am to midnight (Friday until 1am).

Validate your parking at the nearest ticket office by presenting your same-day ticket to enjoy up to 4 hours of free underground parking.

Wild Wadi Waterpark

Guests may bring a 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times. Children aged 14 and over can enter the park alone, but cannot be the accompanying guardian for younger children.

The water in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children's play structure) is temperature-controlled year-round.

Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides.

For hygiene, please don't spit in the water and shower before using the slides.

You're welcome to use your GoPro on all rides except Jumeirah Sceirah, provided it has an attached strap.
