    We bought skip the line tickets allowing us to go directly into the museum and avoid the long lines. This was nice since we had a limited time to visit

    Choosing Headout made the entry process to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel very easy, in what could be a bewildering and stressful situation. The meeting point is really close to the entrance but away from the queues and crowds. Getting the entry to the Pantheon as part of the same ticket combo is a great idea too.

    I really appreciated the Eurail pass, which makes me feel like I can travel by train across European borders at a reasonable price! However, I find it difficult to reserve seats on high-speed trains. The service should be more flexible.

    I have to say, it didn't start great. I booked a train ticket and needed to make changes, and didn't get a response back. Yet, when I reached out again the customer service was amazing. They provided accurate information and helped me get to my destination. When it didn't work, they automatically refunded me which I didn't even have to ask for. I felt valued and taken care of

    The train is very near the airport and brings you very fast, around 30 minutes, to city center Rome for just about €. 15,00. I think every 30 minutes a train leaves. Could be less. Anyway; a good start of a visit to beautiful Rome, the eternal city.

    It was really great—the bus was comfortable, and we drove through the Vatican, so we got to see a lot of the old buildings. I bought my ticket online, which was cheaper than buying it on the spot.
