I recommend the app. I bought the whole spa package to enjoy a full day. After all, if you don't like saunas, I don't recommend the Elysium package; just get Las Palmas. Massages are not included but are available separately and are often fully booked. I recommend checking the program so you can stay up to date on activities. You can reserve a bathrobe and shoes there, and the food isn't too expensive, so if you're traveling with hand luggage, don't worry. Finally, go at 10:00 a.m. before it opens so you can enjoy the whole day until evening, avoid long lines, and find a sunbed.

An extremely interesting and enjoyable experience. The palace is worth visiting and not just looking at from the outside. Obviously, what makes the difference between one tour and another is the passion with which the guide provides explanations, adding a whole series of anecdotes that serve above all to reinforce the important concepts needed to understand exactly the historical context in which the palace was designed and built. Roberto was truly professional in this regard, as well as pleasant to listen to. Among other things, the visit went beyond the scheduled duration, and he even offered to take us to see other "attractions" on the way back, first to the office and then to the city center. Overall, it was three hours of enrichment for us, and we thank him for that.

We really enjoyed our visit at the palace. The tour guide Ilana was out of this world and her sense of humor made the visit so nice! Her explanations were very interesting and thorough and she answered all questions patiently. It's definitely a place you must visit if you visit Bucharest.

Therme Buchs was a very nice and relaxing experience, especially in the sauna area, which is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The variety of saunas and the calm atmosphere made it easy to fully disconnect and unwind. Overall, it’s an excellent place for relaxation and well worth the visit.

I didn’t have to buy a ticket at the counter or from a machine and could go straight to the exit. I was also sure that I would be admitted at a specific time, even if there were a lot of people. The purchase gave me a sense of calm and good organization, which meant no stress and the ability to fully enjoy the experience of visiting the castle.

It was a very nice experience! The app does the best with the tickets and it was pretty easy to work with both the tickets and the stuff, which was very friendly and helpful. The castle was very nice! The only flaw was that it was too crowded and so we didn't have time to enjoy the view or the artifacts. Overall it was a pretty nice experience and I would recommend 100%.

Elena was our Italian-speaking guide, and she was truly the best—congratulations. Unfortunately, I don't remember the driver's name, but he was also excellent.
