Between leaving the castle, which, for me, is not worth it at all, as not very historical and very fancy, the service provided by Headout perfect and I recommend purchasing through them. Very kind and helpful, they sent me the tickets via whatsapp

It was easy to find the office, and they recommended a quiet uncrowded car park further up the street (pay 20 lei at the hotel opposite)

The booking was easy and fast. Ticket pick up at Transylvanian Wonders super agile, very fast. The visit to Bran Castle was very interesting. The only bad thing, the queue to enter, but that is inevitable when there are many people, because there is only one access, and at the door the guards avoid that too many visitors accumulate inside.

We had a good guide that explained the site well. On the other side, this is too crowded. Time slots should be allocated to different groups of people. Too many to see the things properly.

The visit of the castle was good. Downside: The information was not clear. I had to go to the office to pick up the tickets. As easy as it is to download them directly from the App, I had to go to the office to pick them up. There was no audio guide, no guide. The office closes very early.
