It was very well organized and very interesting. I had one problem though. I had bought tickets for two people and the QR code was the same for both. It wouldn't let the second person through the turnstile, because I had already cleared the QR code. Either therre should have been two QR codes or the same should let 2 people through.

Great experience but the staff questioned the tixs bc it said two adults and 2 kids with one QR code. They wanted 4 separate tickets. They did let us through, but with a lot of questions...and showing receipt, etc.

The building was clean ,the views incredible . The staff was hot and cold . The first person inside was rude and not helpful she could not get our ticket to work . Because the one barcode was for two people . No wheel chairs, My wife has some mobility issues . You should have wheel chairs people can use it is a lot of walking. .on the upper floors when I ask which way to go another rude employee told me the red carpet is there it was not obvious where to go as Itcwas just layed out in front of the elevator and could mean go in either direction.

Empire State is a stunning, gracious 'old lady'. The exhibitions and film clips are interesting and give a great insight to her construction. I especially loved the King Kong corner and the movie clips from movies based around the building. The employees also deserve a mention - they are great!
