Top of the rock was really good. The views were incredible. We didn't do the beam as it's $25 each but loads did. You can look at others doing it and upgrade if you like.

Ticketing was very simple. I just pulled up the tickets using the app! It went smoothly and was definitely worth seeing from two separate points of view. The edge was a great experience and Rockefeller is really well known so to go to the top was another check mark on my list!

Great atraction. But I had to go to the ticket booth for official tickets. I could not enter with the digital ticket in my phone.

It was very well organised, sith short waiting time less than 5 minutes to go up and get down. View is breathtaking, from one side one can see central park and upper Manhattan and from other side there is stunning view of Midtown and Downtown Manhattan. It's great value for price.

What's not allowed

Top of The Rock does not permit outside food or beverages.
Weapons of any kind including glass bottles, lighters, flammable substances, and knives are prohibited.
Tripods are also not permitted

Accessibility

The venue is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
Printed transcripts and audio headsets are provided to guests.
Service dogs are allowed in the venue.

Sunset and evening time slots are available for the General Admission ticket.

The Beam

In the event The Beam must be closed due to extreme weather conditions, guests will be issued a voucher to visit at a later date.
Guests must be 52 inches (~132 cm) or taller to ride alone. If under 52 inches, guests must be a minimum of 42 inches (~107 cm) and be accompanied by an adult.
The maximum weight limit is 300 lbs. (~136 kg).
Guests must wear close-toed shoes or sandals that fully engage the heel. Hats, glasses, and scarves (as examples) must be securely fastened.
All loose personal belongings must be stored in the cubbies located adjacent to The Beam.
