A Wonderful Birthday Celebration at The Lost World Aquarium. We celebrated our son’s 15th birthday on 6th October at The Lost World Aquarium, and it was truly an amazing and memorable experience for our entire family! From the moment we entered until we left for lunch at Gordon Ramsay’s Eatery, every part of the experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the entire visit was enjoyable and filled with special moments that made our celebration even more meaningful. What made the day truly exceptional was the kindness, warmth, and cooperation of the staff at The Lost World Aquarium. "An absolute must-do! Entry was smooth and effortless, so we were straight into the fun with no queues or fuss. The interactive tour was brilliant, really engaging and kept everyone hooked. The mermaid show was magical and a real highlight of the day. It's a fantastic family day out with something for all ages, and if you're after something more adventurous, the water park is amazing. The photo ops are great too. The staff said our trident photo was the first of its kind they'd ever seen! We'd happily go back and highly recommend it to anyone!"

It was a fantastic view from the top. Tickets and the delivery was very fast. Only thing late evening tickets need to be correctly informed before closing for the reservation or booking. As i have faced the issue

We visited The View at The Palm and booked through Headout, which worked out well: we got 10% off, and the tickets allowed entry at any time on the day, so it was easy to fit the visit into our schedule. Prime and non-prime hour tickets are priced differently, but booking directly on The View at The Palm website only offers hourly slots, which means planning your whole day around a fixed time and no walk-ins. The experience itself is a good one and worth doing once, though once is enough. We chose the Glass View visit over the Open to Sky option, since I’m not big on taking pictures and care more about the experience, which I felt would be much the same with or without the glass barrier.

Guests are not allowed to put their mobile phones, cameras, selfie sticks, tripods, bags, and other personal belongings on or through the gaps of the window panels of the terrace or to hold such items outside the terrace of The View.

Outside food and beverages, magic markers, spray paint, aerosol cans, glass bottles, knives, fireworks/explosives, firearms/ammunition, chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray, multi-tools, skate shoes, or any footwear with wheels are not allowed inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

This ticket can only be used during the non-prime hours. Non-prime hours: 9am – 3pm, and 7pm (Closing time at 7:30 pm). Sunrise hours slot: 5:30am 6:30am (Sat & Sun)
