The experience was incredible. First off, customer service was clear and precise, and they also recommended alternatives so we could keep enjoying our stay in New York. The fun was there from start to finish: right from the elevator, that light show and how fast it reached the top was a total "wow." When the doors opened and we saw each staging of lights, mirrors, and the panoramic view of New York City, it was an absolute 10/10. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to my friends and family. The cocktails were also excellent, and the staff was very friendly from the entrance to the exit of this beautiful experience. It's definitely a must-do plan. Thanks guys, Jhon and Alex.

My experience at Headout was absolutely beautiful! I stayed until sunset, and watching the sky change colours was one of the highlights of my visit. 🌅 I highly recommend getting the Ascent ticket to experience the incredible glass elevator, it makes the whole visit even more special! The café on the 93rd floor was also great, with a good variety of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Every part of the experience, from the rooms and viewing areas to the overall atmosphere, was enjoyable. Everything felt well worth it, and the views were simply breathtaking. Definitely a must-visit experience in New York! Highly recommended! ❤️

The BEST viewing experience. Whilst in NY we visited 4 viewing platforms, The summit one Vanderbilt, was the best experience and the best viewing platform. The inter-active experience rooms added a lot to the visit, and we felt the views were the best, with great photo opprtunities with the reflections and the glass floored balconies. Empire State is iconic and must be done to say you have been up (night time offers an alternative vista) the Edge glass floor and being outside is a different experience and the One World trade centre is a view from southern Manhattan, all great, but Summit One vanderbilt was the best overall.

I went because it was my best friend’s birthday! We had such a blast. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The views and the experience are so breathtaking. Plus, we got a package to take pictures, and the photographer was fantastic—he gave us great poses and made sure we got the perfect shots for my best friend’s birthday. I will definitely recommend people to visit.

I paid extra for the Ascent Elevator. once we were on it, The fire alarm went off while we were in the Ascent elevator. We had to immediately cut short the tour and come down right away. It was a bit scarey . Once at the bottom a manager on the 93rd floor, told us that headout would be refunding us for that part of the tour.

What’s not allowed

Large bags and luggage: There is no provision for the storage of personal items, so large bags, backpacks, and luggage are not permitted.

Bag checks: All bags and containers are subject to a security check at the entrance.

Professional cameras: Guests are welcome to take photos with personal handheld devices only, and professional photography equipment cannot be carried inside.

Damage-causing footwear: Stiletto heels, steel-toe boots, sports cleats, and similar footwear that can damage flooring are not permitted.

Additional information

Child supervision: Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.

Brightness inside: Make sure to bring your sunglasses, as the reflective materials used throughout the space create a bright environment during the day.

Dress code: Please dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors; pants, shorts, or tights and flat shoes are recommended.
