The show was absolutely phenomenal! Food was divine and the animal experiences were amazing! Highly recommend, Miss 6 and Mr 10 had the absolute best day!

Service was impeccable. Food was excellent. Venue amazing. We paid for premium package and was worth every penny. Our seating and dining was front row making viewing perfect. Show was fantastic with aquarium being the backdrop.

I love the Safari journey where we were transported in a truck to have animal encounters. I also like the activities and interactive guide that keep us informative before the Safari journey where there was animal counters at waiting area and walking around the spots.

It was amazing. Clean and beautiful. Animals are well looked after and clean water available for them at all times. The shuttle was very convenient and clean and always available. Staff throughout the zoo were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the amazing experience!

My favourite part about the tour apart from the photo ops was the tour guide! Made Rai was a kind, fun and knowledgeable guide who answered all of our questions patiently and had wonderful anecdotes while he was at it. The tour can get tiring so bring along some snacks to keep your energy levels up!

Very efficient and we were welcomed warmly just by showing the online tickets which were discounted and the process of making it online was seamless too. Both parks are nice to see together because they're side by side. My kids favorite are the petting and feeding experiences on both parks as they're both reptiles and birds lovers. The only downside is the challenge to find parking since we came at the busiest hour around lunch time, one of us had to fight traffic and walked so far from wherever he can find offsite parking in the dead of the heat 🥵🥵🥵 Thankfully there are tons of shade and nice breeze to cool you down a bit.

I would really recommend this place a must go. Both places can be visited same day. Staff are so helpful and supportive while handling birds & reptiles as well.. There's a cafeteria with delicious dishes with variety of breweries within bird park.

This is the 5th time we've been to Waterboom and it's still great. There's something for everyone: adrenaline, fun, relaxation and the food is very good. The staff are great, safety is top-notch and the attractions are top-notch. What can I say except go for it, you won't regret it§.
