CoupleVerified bookingJun 20264/5I booked for 9am timed entry. Was given instructions to collect tickets 20 MINUTES BEFORE entry time from the guide holding a red umbrella OUTSIDE the ticket office. I have to go INSIDE the ticket office at 9am (ticket office ONLY opens at 9am sharp) to redeem my tickets. Why am I asked to come so early? Where is the guide with red umbrella? Make my family rush for nothing so early in the morning and with all the wrong instructions!AAndrew R
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Our visit to St Stephen's Basilica was made so easy by being able to collect the tickets from the pick up point, beating the long line of queuing visitors. The architecture is breathtaking both inside and out with incredible attention to detail, the stunning artwork, magnificent dome and beautifully decorated interior make it a must-see for anyone visiting the cityAAndrzej S
CoupleVerified bookingLast week3/5The cathedral was brilliant but people but people taking care of visitors were unpleasant. The lady at the ticket office felt like offended that she needed to work. A bit of smile on the face would have made a trick. I. The church itself there is no room to spend some time quietly and prayAAntonio M

CoupleVerified bookingJun 20265/5St Stephen's is the most lavish cathedral I have ever visited - talk about awe and wonder! My photos do not do it justice. It is well worth paying the extra for the panoramic view. Lots of steps up (over 300!) but there is also an elevator. The Headout skip the line ticket is a must - people were queuing down the street at the ticket office, but there is a separate entrance for online bookings, where there was no queue at all. The ticket is valid for entry any time from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Discover Budapest’s iconic church
Located in the heart of the Pest side of the River Danube, St. Stephen’s Basilica is Budapest’s largest Roman Catholic church and place of worship. Soak in the grandeur of its interiors and neoclassical architecture, and explore the treasury and the awe-inspiring dome. Marvel at the church’s most revered religious artifact – the mummified right hand of King St. Stephen I, Hungary’s first king, who introduced Christianity to the kingdom in the 11th century. After getting your fill of the church, use the elevator or climb the 300+ stairs to the Panoramic Terrace. The scenic vistas of the city are worth the effort!
