The organization met expectations. Directions to the meeting point were accurate and received well in advance. However, the markup compared to buying directly on the official site is excessive for what is offered: apart from buying the tickets at the parliament, the guide provides no contribution at all.

We didn't wait in line for tickets, and the girls were very nice and quick. Precise information. We just arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes early, handed our documents to the girls, and after 15 minutes we got our tickets and documents back. 🌷🌷🌷

The Parliament building itself is super impressive. Unfortunately there was nobody at the visitors centre holding up a Headout card. Luckily we spoke to a lovely lady who had us on a list and we got our tickets.

I would like to say that the tour price for non-EU citizens is heavily overpriced. And unless you are a big antique enthusiast—and I'm talking about the crown—the tour is not worth the money.

The tour was well-organized. If you follow the instructions provided beforehand by the operator—meaning you show up at the scheduled time—everything goes smoothly. The directions are very precise, so you can't miss it. The Parliament building in Budapest is magnificent and definitely worth a visit. During the guided tour with the audio guide, you also learn a lot about the history of Hungary, and of course about the building itself. We are happy to recommend this tour.
