Merveilleuse visite !! Qui rattrape la logistique douteuse. J'avais réservé la visite du dôme mais cela n'a pas été pris en compte via l'application Headout. On a dû refaire la queue pour acheter 2 billets à 15€. Il n'y avait pas d'attente alors ça va mais faites attention pour c'était inscrit dans la réservation visite du dôme selon l'option choisie et j'avais payé 54€ pour 2. Les organisateurs ont essayé d'annuler la visite la veille. Merci à notre super guide pour toutes les infos

Our tour was at 11:30 am on 29/09/2025. I chose this date in particular as it was my 29th birthday, and I must say that I made the absolutely right decision. I was in a state of awe the entire time. Kudos to the tour guide - Georgina, or as she liked to be called, "Gina". She did an amazing job and handled our group really well. I highly recommend Headout and will definitely pass on the info to my friends and family. I have attached my fav. pic from the tour.

I am so glad that me and my daughter have booked our Basilica tour with this agency. We got lost looking for meeting point and a guy from agency called me on whatsapp and made sure we arrive at a designated meeting point on time. Alexsandra was our guide. She is so kind, caring and knowledgeable guide with some beautiful surprises. It was valuable experience and I would highly recommend to everyone!

Our guide Valeri, was fantastic. Dressed smartly, and carried himself wih the grace and charm of the refined French gentleman that he is. And so knowledgeable of not only the art in the basilica, but last the symbolism behind each piece. I've been to St Peter's twice before, but only toured on my own. The guided tour with Valeri took the experience to another level altogether.

Very crowded - tour took much longer than advertised (2.5 hours+). Guide was informative, but there seemed to be conflicts with staff at the Basilica as we had to wait and re-route our tour several times. Group size was too large and guide had to "manage" a big group in very large crowds.

The visit to the papal tombs and St. Peter's Basilica was really breathtaking. We often had to wait due to the crowds. However, we were sometimes quicker, like the priority line. However, our guide Brigitte made the wait a lot more bearable with her stories.

Very, very, very crowded on the eve of All Saints' Day, but we had a brilliant, cheerful and funny guide who made us forget the inconvenience of the crowds. The history of this place is rich and we'll be back.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. The right semicircle of Saint Peter’s Square is equipped with ramp access into the Basilica. For any special requirements, contact accoglienza@fsp.va in advance.

Sign language guided tours are available at the Basilica. This service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance at the following email address: visiteguidate@fsp.va.
