The staff at skydive Dubai were amazing. The whole experience was so efficient and definitely what's needed especially as I was extremely nervous. I was put at ease by the team who were a great bunch. The ticket I purchased through Headout came with a one way transfer to the location. This never arrived and I never had any contact which was a terrible start as I then had to arrange alternative transport and I was very worried I was going to be late and potentially lose the money which was a lot for me. I would 100% recommend skydive Dubai as a company but not Headout. I would encourage people to book directly through SD Dubai

Calm before the thrill

Begin your adventure in a Zed vehicle from your hotel to your drop zone location at either the Palm Drop Zone or the Desert Drop Zone which you chose at the time of reservation.

Seamless hotel transfers are available from 3 zones in 6-seater Zed vehicles:

Zone 1- Downtown, DIFC, Business Bay

Zone 2- JBR, Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Barsha

Zone 3- Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Deira

To ensure safety measures for this thrill-based dive, fill out the registration and waiver form, and get your BMI checked as well. About 30 minutes before boarding the skydiving aircraft, you will be introduced to your instructor who will take you through the entire process. You will be briefed about safety measures, and best positions for the freefall, along with assistance to put on the harness. The cameraman will then accompany you to the boarding area, where you can get clicked on the way, while safety checks on all types of equipment will be conducted.

All eyes on Dubai

Your adventure begins when you board the aircraft. The thrill is unbeatable because in minutes you will be gliding through Dubai skies and seeing either its dunes or Palm Jumeirah. It takes about 20 mins to go all the way up and right before you reach exit altitude, which is at 13,000 ft or 4,000m, your instructor will harness you to the front preparing you for the jump that is to come. You will then enjoy the freefall for a full 60 seconds! Put your best face on as the camera will be on you to capture the thrill you’re experiencing. You will slowly descend to 6000 ft. after the freefall, where you will get a good 5 minutes to enjoy your parachute ride. This is your moment to soak in all the gorgeous areas surrounding the Arabian desert or Palm Jumeirah alike. Both these experiences are going to be unforgettable!

Carry athletic and comfortable clothes along with sneakers or sports shoes to enjoy this experience fully.

The names on the booking should match the names on the passport, to avoid a fee of AED 300.

Skydiving declaration for fitness and waiver form must be filled out and signed upon arrival.

This experience is for guests aged 18-75 years.

Tourists aged 70 years and older must fill out a declaration of fitness form, with their doctor's sign before arrival.

Skydive Dubai staff will weigh you before the experience and only if deemed fit, will you proceed with the experience.

Weight restrictions are as follows:

For women : Weight: 90.0 kg/ 198.0 lbs or less, BMI: 27.5 or less.

For men: Weight: 100.0 kg/220 lbs or less, BMI: 30.0 or less.
