I always wanted to book into a lounge and as I had a 6 hour layover I thought why not do it in Heathrow I was met at the desk and asked for my booking.I found the team member to very stand offish and not welcoming Wasn't the experience I was expecting

Nice experience before flying, very chilled area and nice compliment of drinks. Must say food was warm and not hot enough for my liking but still plenty of choice. Would use again.

Nice and quiet easy access to drinks and meals. Gate 20 where we were boarding was directly opposite. Food was not the best tasting and a little cold. No gluten free menu .

The selection of wines was limited, no prosecco. Food was not very hot and not a huge selection. Sausage didn't look cooked, eggs overdone, only one choice of yoghurt
