Apart from the biscuits and cheese there was no food that I could have eaten. Its supposed to be international why does it have to only appeal to people of the sub continant. A shower would have been nice befor a 20 hour flight

Going to the Lounge was perfect timing because we had had a long car journey to the airport. We felt soothed and refreshed by the quiet surroundings. The food could have been more varied but there was regular and generous replenishment. Using the Headout vouchers made a REAL difference! We had three hours (instead of the usual two) and best of all, could enter 'anytime' (instead of a fixed entry time). This means we did not have to guess how long our car journey and check-in would take! This small detail seals a perfect choice!

Very smooth and easy find in Heathrow Terminal 2. Not very busy inside so was a nice relaxing environment before my flight. Good selection of drinks, food was pleasant but would perhaps like more fresh fruit and bread.

Service was excellent, staff attentive and ffroenfkt . Not a great variety of good sbd the noodle dish in had was cold. Lounge comfortable and because it was quiet there were plenty of seats.

when i got there the food was not the best there was soup, rice with chicken stew and minced meat, roasted potatoes after paying so much I was dissaponted.The pkace clean at all times. please if you could improve on hot meals

Checked in at desk and was directed to the lounge area.The area was quite busy,but clean and tidy,but I wasn't impressed with the buffet selection, thought it was lacking more choice of food.

Food available was not very hot.There was no bacon or grilled tomatoes and only one choice of eggs.There were no apples available at 730am,the staff informed me they had ran out! I am comparing this lounge to one the No 1 lounge at terminal 3 which I also used on a previous occasion. I did not feel that it was value for money(£84!)
