the skip the line tickets helped us get in in about 15-20 minutes, including the security check, which made everything a pleasant experience. the whole tour we did, a little rushed, took about 2.5 hours. we initially wanted to stay longer in certain museums and skip others, but we didn't know that to get to the Sistine Chapel for example, you have to go through all the museums, because you enter from one to the other, but somehow at the end of the day this was a good thing, because we saw (I think) everything. inside it wasn't overly crowded, except for the moments when we suddenly met 2-3 groups. we ate at the museum restaurant and the food was good and at an ok price. it was a superb museum and made our day wonderful

Buying tickets through Hedout is your best bet. The lines to get into the museum are huge, and it’s all very chaotic. It’s important to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time. If you’re visiting with family, plan to arrive 30 minutes early.

The tickets worked out perfectly. It was great that we didn't have to wait in line. We didn't really need the audio guide, but unfortunately we couldn't change that. And the audio guide is a bit of a hassle because it drains the phone's battery really fast.

It's very, very difficult—if not impossible—to get tickets through the official website. So this site worked out just fine, even though I had to check back several times to finally get the tickets six days in advance. The prices are reasonable. The tour of the Colosseum and the Forum is extraordinary.

The meeting place was clearly marked. The organizers gave us a clear explanation of the route we were to take. Everything went very smoothly! I highly recommend it.

Just a short train ride from Rome's Termini station, Castel Gondolfo & the quaint village surrounding it is worth the time. The Castel is filled with history and expertly presented. The grounds are spectacular. Several lovely shops, artisans & restaurants available to round out you time there.

The dome tour is an absolute must for anyone visiting the Vatican or St. Peter's Basilica. The meeting point was easy to find, and our tour guide was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly. We'll definitely book through Headout again. Highly recommended!
