I was so happy that I purchased the St. Peter's entry as even though we had to reschedule our time from Saturday to Friday, we were coming from a golf Cart tour and needed to get some lunch first. The gentlemen in the preordered tickets line told me that as long as I had the tickets, we could go in at whatever time. We got some pizza and then went in a little after our scheduled time. Getting to bypass the huge line of people waiting to get in was a relief as I have a bad knee so it would have been hard to stand for as long as I am sure those people waited!

We enjoyed the St Peter Basilica, it's amazing! But, the process of going inside was a big burden. They asked us to be their 45 mins before the entry time. But, the policeman who is very very rude, such a disgrace to be part of the St Peter (the most Holy catholic place) and he was very agreesive, no manners ar all, very arrogant closed the gate, and we waited more than an hour, 25 degrees with kids. We were roasting. As soon as we got in, all was amazing! The Church was absolutely breath-taking.

After seeing so many negative reviews, I was very skeptical, but everything went really smoothly. We used the right archway as described, and the staff were wearing yellow vests and were easy to spot. It saved us a lot of time, and the wait for security was manageable... all in all, it took about 25 minutes and then we were through....

The tickets gave us a specific time slot, and we went in at exactly the time allocated. Tickets were emailed to me shortly before the due time, so didnt even need to find the collection point. The actual Bascilica was incredible. Absolutely huge and beautiful. Without the time slot the queue was probably about 3-4 hours to get in.

Tickets were purchased and collected without the slightest problem. Everything was on time! Fantastic service and information at every step. We bought tickets last minute because we weren't planning a vacation. The visit to the basilica alone was worth the price. It's definitely a place worth seeing; it makes a huge impression!

Everything went very smoothly from an organizational standpoint. The ladies at the L Ottagno kiosk were very friendly and helpful. They even sent a WhatsApp message with information on the day of the booking. The audio guide is easy to use and provided excellent commentary and information. It was an impressive experience.

Visiting the basilica and the Vatican Grottoes was an amazing experience. Once inside, you’re immediately struck by its majesty and solemnity. Here, too, thanks to our advance ticket purchase, we avoided waiting in line for several hours. An experience not to be missed

Everything was wonderful. Of course, there was a bit of a line since I visited St. Peter’s Basilica, and there are people from all over the world there. However, the line was much shorter than the one for people who didn’t buy tickets through Headout. It was fantastic—I highly recommend it.

Well-organized, punctual—the only downside is the long line to get in, even with prepaid tickets, though this is due to the large crowds at this time of year.

Getting started Begin at either basilica: join the free-entry line at St. Peter’s or present your ticket at Santa Maria Maggiore’s main entrance.
