We really enjoyed the entire tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and shared Latin words connecting the things we saw. The guide, Antonio, was a native of Pompei and he was clearly passionate about what he shared. He took us to areas that had less people observing where the other tours were going. He showed us parts of everyday life reiterating what we saw as if we were all Pompeians! He was humorous and kept everyone engaged including children. He went a little longer because he wanted to show us what was currently being excavated. We had a fun and interesting afternoon. Antonio is excellent! The organizing of the tour group by the Askos representatives was well organized and friendly. We have done numerous tours now with Headout with great success and highly recommend them. Thank you!

I appreciated the organization and the kindness of waiting for me after I was delayed due to a canceled Uber. The tour was well guided, with plenty of illustrative explanations about the daily lives of the city's inhabitants at the time the tragedy struck; it's an immersive experience that everyone should do at least once in their lifetime if they have the chance. The park's setting offers unforgettable landscapes and a sense of awe for nature—a force capable of causing dramatic changes in just a few days.

The Spanish tour lasted exactly two hours from when the guide gathered our group at the gate of Pompeii until she dropped us off at the exit. She took us to the most striking spots of the archaeological site and told us the history behind each of them. It was very interesting, and she explained everything well and in an engaging way, answering the questions we asked. Once her tour ends, you can stay in Pompeii as long as you want, exploring other areas freely until closing time. The guided tour is highly recommended to understand what you're seeing.

Great experience. Our guide, Sergio, was very knowledgeable about the history of the ruins. Spoke clearly through our headsets. Took us to a variety of different places and allowed us enough time to look . When we went off on our own , we then had the knowledge to understand what we were seeing in a different setting. Would recommend taking the tour- we spoke to a couple at lunch who were following an app and said that they couldn't hear it properly. Worth every penny - amazing experience.

We got a great overview of how the city was structured, how people lived there, who lived there, and what shaped the daily lives of its residents. We also saw some of the most beautiful houses decorated with frescoes. The thermal baths were especially impressive too, with their stucco decorations and heating system. Pompei's archaeological site was an amazing experience. We were fortunate in that our guide who happened to be an archaeologist helped us to visualise the day by day events in this extraordinary port city that was once a hub of life in the Roman era.
