The organization was very good. Five minutes of courtesy in case anyone was late arriving, headphones included in the price, and formal attendance checks. Marina, the guide, spoke Spanish very well, gave us lots of information, gave us time to enjoy the place, answered questions, and made suggestions. At the end, she invited us to visit other areas of the archaeological park not included in her services, such as the amphitheater, on our own. A 10 out of 10.

We are very satisfied, I booked a 2-hour guided tour in Italian and everything went as I expected. The tour started on time, the guide was nice and very knowledgeable. Convenient the earpiece that allows you to hear well even if you step back a bit to take some photos. I recommend the first entrance in the morning because there are fewer tourists at the site.

Igor was fine but he spoke very fast with a strong accent. Good that he was very knowledgeable about Pompwii although he did not know that the Villa dei misteri was closed on Tuesday. It was a quiet day so there was no line to skip.
